

A+E Networks' Mission to Honor Focuses on Veterans
As part of its largest corporate social responsibility effort, Mission to Honor, A+E Networks developed 70 pieces of content, organized over 2,500 Take a Veteran to School Day events, partnered with 15 veterans organizations and helped transition veterans into the civilian workforce. The company elevated the stories of those who have served, provided concrete support for those in need and mobilized our nation to thank and salute military veterans.

Comcast NBCUnites Touches Lives of 140,000
In 2019 Comcast NBCUnites was launched as a volunteering and social impact program created to support the communities where employees live and work via a variety of causes. In the first year, more than 14,000 employees contributed over 37,000 hours of service to touch the lives of 140,000 individuals around the globe. This tremendous effort earned Comcast NBCUnites a 2020 Social Impact Award.

Christine Calandros Earns 2020 Aspiring HR Leader Award
Before the pandemic hit, Christine Calandros, Senior Director of Sales and Marketing Recruitment for Charter Communications, was already hard at work implementing virtual recruiting tactics. ESPN's 40,000 Acts of Service
To celebrate its 40th anniversary, ESPN set a goal to have employees provide 40,000 acts of service in their local communities. The program not only empowered employees, it shifted their perceptions on how they can serve others to create positive change, big and small, in their communities. Ultimately, ESPN employees across 14 office locations generated over 80,000 acts.
