NAPERVILLE, ILL., January 21, 2025 – Two individuals have joined the board of directors for the Content & Connectivity Human Resources Association (C2HR): Renee Hauch, principal at JM Search, and Mariana Rivera, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, vice president of HR at Comcast Business. They will serve a two-year term that began on January 1.

Renee has more than 25 years of executive search experience. She joined JM Search in 2021 as a principal and a member of the firm’s media, entertainment and communications practice. She was previously with Carlsen Resources. Renee is actively involved in numerous industry organizations, including the WICT Network, the National Association for Multi-Ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC), and the Cable & Telecommunications Association for Marketing (CTAM). Recognized as an industry thought leader, Renee speaks regularly to industry groups on recruiting and organizational development strategies and best practices.

Mariana has 20 years of human resources experience in technology-driven organizations including UPL Limited, DuPont and S.S. White. She joined Comcast in 2021 and is passionate about delivering HR solutions that support business strategy, add maximum value and inspire an engaged workforce. Mariana currently serves on the board of trustees for Northern Children’s Services in Philadelphia and was a member of the C2HR Advisory Board in 2023 and 2024.
