Created in 2007, the Excellence in HR Awards program provides a forum to recognize outstanding achievement within the industry's human resources industry. We are currently seeking nominations for three awards: Team Innovator of the Year, Aspiring Leader and the Social Impact Initiative which is the newest addition to our awards collection. C2HR has dramatically reduced the length of the nomination form for each award to encourage you to nominate a deserving company or individual. Nominations will be accepted from May 1-June 15, 2019. If your nomination is selected as a finalist, you may be asked to provide additional information. The awards will be presented at the C2HR Conference on October 17, 2019 in Philadelphia.

NEW! Social Impact Award

As an increasing number of employers embrace corporate social responsibility (CSR) as a meaningful way to engage employees and consumers, C2HR is pleased to introduce this new award. Local and national initiatives that occurred between January 2018 and May 2019 will be considered, and all C2HR member companies are eligible to apply. Nominations will be judged on the scope of employee participation and the social impact.

Team Innovator of the Year

This award recognizes a company for an innovative HR strategy or initiative that positively impacted company culture or business results. Initiatives implemented between January 2018 and May 2019 will be considered, and all C2HR member companies are eligible to apply. An award will be given to one content delivery provider (MSO, satellite or telecommunications company) and one content developer (digital content creator, cable programmer or broadcast network).

Aspiring Leader

This award recognizes an emerging HR professional whose fresh perspective, inventive ideas and innovative strategies have positively impacted the organization. Nominations are open to all HR professionals at the director level or below who are employed by a C2HR member company.
