Since 2002, our association has annually conducted an industry-specific survey to provide competitive compensation information to MSOs/operators and programmers. In 2018, the participants represented approximately 205,000 employees and provided data for 869 job positions ranging from entry level to executives.

Mission Media HR Portal

Mission Media is an industry initiative to be an employer of choice for military veterans and their spouses. The Mission Media HR Portal features Models of Success, a series of case studies on industry employer’s hiring and retention strategies, video vignettes of veterans working in our industry, and a collection of articles and proven resources.
