Compensation Trends & Benchmarks

C2HR Surveys Reveal Pandemic's Uneven Impact on Pay

For more than 25 years, C2HR has identified industry-specific benchmarks and pay trends through our Annual Compensation Surveys. Fifty-four (54) companies submitted data reflecting 2021 budgets, base compensation figures, bonuses and incentives to provide an in-depth analysis of pay practices for roughly 127,829 connectivity employees and 28,813 content workers, including both exempt and nonexempt positions ranging from technicians to top executives. The data found connectivity employees, frontline workers and programming talent reaped the greatest rewards.
