HR Executives to Explore the Power of Allyship, Inclusion & Belonging During C2HR CON Closing Session
NAPERVILLE, ILL., November 2, 2020 —As the topics of diversity, equity, inclusion and social justice (DEIJ) continue to dominate headlines in 2020, the C2HR CONference will conclude with a panel discussion focused on allyship, inclusion and belonging.
A dynamic group of industry leaders will reflect on their personal experiences, have a candid discussion about how daily deliberate decisions and actions are required to be an authentic ally, and share strategies for cultivating a truly inclusive culture of belonging. The session will be moderated by Jennifer Williams, senior director of enterprise inclusion for WarnerMedia and the panelists are Fabienne Clermont, vice president of legal for Discovery; Pooja Jain-Link, executive vice president of Coqual; Chris Powell CEO of Talmetrix and member of the C2HR board of directors; and Lydia Williams, senior director of enterprise inclusion for WarnerMedia.
