HR Executives from Charter, ViacomCBS and WOW!
Join the C2HR Board of Directors
NAPERVILLE, ILL., December 1, 2021 —C2HR has announced three new members to its board of directors: Nick Dunlap, vice president of executive compensation for Charter Communications; Leslie Peabody, vice president of HR operations for WOW! Internet Cable & Phone; and Leisha Shorey, vice president of talent acquisition for ViacomCBS. Shorey’s appointment began on November 1, 2021; Dunlap and Peabody will begin their terms on January 1, 2022.
In addition, C2HR’s members voted to approve the renewal of board terms for Angela Auz, vice president of HR for Univision Communications; Katherine Barnett, senior vice president of HR for Hearst Television; Jennifer Dunn, senior vice president of people & culture for AMC Networks; Sandy Gunn, senior vice president of HR for Comcast Advertising; Julie Neimat, executive vice president of employee experience and HR operations for Discovery Inc.; and Kia Painter, senior vice president of HR business partnership for Cox Communications.
Eight board members will continue their terms through December 2022:

• Angela Conklin, senior vice president of HR, Vyve Broadband
• Dave Crossen, senior vice president of HR, NBC Broadcasting & Content Distribution
• Gino Marliani, vice president of HR, Universal Music Group
• Judith Mills, group vice president of HR, Mediacom Communications
• Ellen Russ, senior vice president & head of HR, WarnerMedia
• Ravena Valentine, senior vice president of the people partner team, A+E Networks
• John Warrack, partner, JM Search
