Springfield, ILL., February 3, 2026 —In December, the Content & Connectivity Human Resources Association (C2HR) board of directors confirmed a slate of HR leaders for one-year terms on its 2025 Executive Committee. Nick Dunlap, Vice President of Executive Compensation for Charter Communications, was named association President. Belinda Maldonado, Vice President of Human Resources for Mediacom Communications Corporation, was voted Vice President/ President-Elect. John Wilson, Senior Vice President of People and Culture at Warner Bros. Discovery, was approved for a second term as Treasurer. Angela Conklin, Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Vyve Broadband, was elected to a third term as Secretary. Ravena Valentine, Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer of A+E Global Media, was named Immediate Past President. Also confirmed as executive committee members were Ann McGlennen, Chief Human Resources Officer for Midco, and Gino Marliani.

New Board Members
In addition, two new members joined the C2HR board of directors: Denise Rodine, Executive Vice President of Human Resources for Fremantle and Jenny Stroupe, Vice President of People Solutions Experience and Effectiveness for Cox Communications. They will serve a two-year term that began on January 1.
Denise has more than 20 years of TV production human resources experience, including tenures at Fremantle, NBCU and Endemol Shine. Jenny also has over two decades of experience as a strategic human resource business partner, working at multiple positions within Cox Communications and stints at Autotrader.com and Siemens IT Solutions and Services.

Returning Board Members
Numerous leaders also returned to C2HR’s board. These include: Dave Crossen, Senior Vice President of Human Resources at NBCUniversal; Melissa Dutmers, Vice President of Performance and Engagement for Paramount Global; Ricardo Gonzalez Sitori, Vice President of Total Rewards and Operations at TelevisaUnivision, Inc.; Kristin Hansen, Vice President of Human Resources at Hearst Television; Renee Hauch, Principal at JM Search; and Mariana Rivera, Vice President of Human Resources for Comcast.
