Charter CommunicationsSpeaking of supporting veterans, C2HR congratulates Charter Communications for being among Forbes 2021 Best Employers for Veterans. Jen Tracy, Vice President of Talent Attraction & Acquisitions, posted about the honor on LinkedIn, stating, “To say I'm proud of our Military Attraction Team is an understatement. Charter has the highest workforce representation of telecommunications companies at over 9%, and at our manager level and above that representation is over 10%. This team facilitates our partnerships with Hiring Our Heroes, Centurion Military Alliance (CMA), Student Veterans of America, and Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP) to name a few. When transitioning candidates interact with our military team, they convert at double the rate for those that directly apply. A huge shout out to Molly McKinley who has led this team since merger standing up our USDOL Broadband Technician Program who will graduate 500 technicians this year, 20% of which are veterans.” We applaud Spectrum team’s impressive results!  READ MORE
