Tracey Kopper-Hourin (pictured above, second in row) was named SVP of HR and Customer Experience at Comcast Advertising. In her new role, she leads the creation and implementation of new ways of working and building and supporting programs to develop a more diverse and inclusive workplace for the company’s employees in the US, UK, EU and APAC. We wish Tracey all the best in her new role.

Brandon Carter (pictured above, third in row) was promoted to Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Cox Communications. In his role, Brandon will continue to support the Cox Media and the Onboarding COE, while adding the Yurview team, business development, operations and other key HR initiatives to his responsibilities. Charter Communications will launch Spectrum Community Assist programs in 20 new markets in 2022 as part of the company’s five-year, $30 million initiative to re-energize 100 community centers and invest in job training programs in underserved communities. Urban centers like NYC, Denver and Dallas have made the list, but so too have rural communities like Missoula, Montana; Kearney, Nebraska; and Oconee County, South Carolina. Charter partnered with Jobs for the Future to identify the various community centers in selected areas. The program began last fall in St. Louis, Charlotte, Orlando, Stamford and South Glens Falls, NY.

Comcast Business is providing its Business VoiceEdge cloud-based voice solution to Dignity for Divas, a non-profit based in Seattle, dedicated to helping homeless women in Washington state by providing survival kits, rehousing support, workshops and wellness centers. The VoiceEdge technology allows for improved communication and call management between Dignity for Divas and its clients and employees and will allow the nonprofit to improve productivity and scale for the future. Rob Brenner, Vice President of Comcast Business for Comcast’s Washington Region, said, “We are proud to support Dignity for Divas in its mission to bring dignity and positive change to the lives of those who need help most.”
