Spectrum's Free Tuition Program Is Building a Stronger Workforce

Spectrum has released new success metrics around its tuition-free degree program for employees. Participants in Spectrum's Education Benefit are being promoted at rates 24% higher than their peers and retained at a 10% higher rate; of the participants, 68% are frontline employees. Launched in 2023, Spectrum's Education Benefit covers 100% of up-front tuition costs for employees pursuing hundreds of online degrees and certificates. Different from many companies' tuition reimbursement programs, employees aren't responsible for out-of-pocket costs.
