The WICT Network has officially unveiled its Woman of the Year honorees! Congrats to Dalila Wilson-Scott (pictured top left), EVP/Chief Diversity Officer of Comcast, who is receiving this year's Operator honor. Dalila also serves as President of the Comcast NBCUniversal Foundation.
Rebecca Jacobs was promoted to Senior HR Director, Human Resources at Wow! Internet, Cable & Phone. Congratulations, Rebecca!
Lisa Collins (pictured above center) was named Warner Bros. Discovery’s North America DEI Group VP. In this role, Lisa will create and implement DEI programs specific to business units that focus on recruitment, retention, progression, performance management, leadership development and employee engagement. She’ll also collaborate with executives to further implement DEI in all areas of the company’s operations.

In A+E Networks’ recently released Diversity Report 2023, the company reported that in 2022, 49% of US hires were BIPOC, a number that rose to 62% this year. “At A+E Networks, we take DEI initiatives seriously, and infuse them into every part our company, beginning with our recruitment processes,” said Fang Xu, VP, Talent Acquisition and Diversity. “Building a diverse workplace full of talented employees from a range of backgrounds and cultures positively impacts business results and corporate values.” We applaud A+E Networks for reporting its ongoing focus on DEI.
