Pay Transparency Requires Clear, Consistent Definitions

Rhonda Crichlow, SVP/Chief Diversity Officer for Charter, was honored at T. Howard Foundation's 30th Anniversary Diversity Awards dinner this month. Crichlow joined Charter in 2016 on the heels of the company’s MOU with six civil rights organizations.
