Smalls was promoted to EVP of Global Head

Nancy
Phillips joined ViacomCBS
as EVP, Chief People Officer. Nancy previously served
as CHRO for Nielsen.
Carolyn
Connolly was named SVP of HR for CBS
Television Stations. Connolly was SVP of
HR at Simon & Schuster for the past 12 years.
Comcast named Christopher Smith, formerly
of Indiana utility NiSource, as VP of HR for the company’s
Western New England region.
