CTHRA Applauds Longest Serving Board Member, Lisa Kaye
Lisa
Kaye, founder and CEO of greenlightjobs.com,
joined CTHRA’s Board of Directors in 1995
and has served consecutive terms since that time,
making her the longest serving board member in
our organization’s history. During her tenure,
Lisa was instrumental in shaping CTHRA’s
signature, industry-specific Compensation Surveys,
and she played a pivotal role in the organization’s
growth to a thriving organization with more than
4,000 members. At year-end, Lisa will retire her
position on CTHRA’s board, but will continue
to serve in an advisory role on compensation issues.
