Nominate a Deserving Individual or Team for HR Awards

For more than a decade, CTHRA has recognized outstanding achievement among the industry’s human resources community through its annual awards program. We are currently accepting nominations through June 15, 2018 for the Team Innovator of the Year and Aspiring Leader awards. Award criteria and nominations forms are available at www.cthra.com/awards. The award recipients will receive industry-wide recognition including a luncheon held in their honor at CTHRA’s HR Symposium on October 2, 2018 in Philadelphia and feature articles in Cablefax, the official media partner for the Excellence in HR Awards, and HR Pulse, CTHRA’s member newsletter.

The TEAM INNOVATOR OF THE YEAR award recognizes a company or HR team within a company that demonstrated innovative, creative problem solving that positively impacted company culture or business results such as increased revenue, improved operating efficiencies and reduced expenses. Nominations are open to all CTHRA member companies. Past recipients of this award are:

The ASPIRING LEADER award recognizes an emerging HR professional whose fresh perspective, inventive ideas and innovative approach has positively impacted the leadership and culture of the organization. The individual must exhibit professional excellence and a commitment to his/her work in the industry. Nominations are open to all HR professionals employed by a CTHRA member company.
