Can Bridge the Generational Divide
10,000 Baby Boomers retire each day, HR professionals
face the challenge of avoiding a brain drain when
the most tenured employees leave the organization.
Raymond Lee, Founder and CEO
of Careerminds, explores how
technologies like Slack, Trello,
Skype and other platforms can
be used to facilitate knowledge transfer among
generations in the workforce—benefitting
everyone from Gen Z to Boomers. Raymond will focus
on this topic at CTHRA’s HR Symposium.
Success is Fueled
A recent article in Harvard
Business Journal examines
how employees thrive when they have a psychological
safety net. As it turns out, ongoing, constructive
feedback helps build a sense of trust among employees
which leads to healthy risk taking, the flattening
of organizational structures and high functioning
teams. In this article, Anil Saxena,
Director of Employee Engagement for
Comcast Cable, identifies the
steps to gain buy in and implement a strategy
to infuse feedback into your organizational culture.
Anil will delve further into this topic during
a session at CTHRA’s HR Symposium.
