Anderson (pictured, left) joined The Walt Disney Company (TWDC) in 2014, serving as director of executive compensation where she supported the overall executive compensation strategy, design, execution, administration and communication of TWDC’s management incentive and equity programs. Prior to moving to ESPN, Kara was part of the company’s Direct-to-Consumer and International segment, providing compensation solutions for ad sales, technology and international. She holds a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Anderson also serves as a member of The Walt Disney Company’s compensation leadership team, supporting enterprise-wide initiatives.
An 18-year veteran of AMC Networks, Dunn (pictured, right) has an extensive human resources leadership background. She currently leads the People & Culture organization at AMC Networks and has responsibility for talent management and development, recruitment, diversity and inclusion initiatives and human resources policies and programs. Prior to joining AMC Networks, Dunn held HR positions at Warner Music Group and HarperCollins Publishers. She is a Betsy Magness Fellow, a member of Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT), NAMIC and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
