Content & Connectivity Employers Invited to Shape
C2HR 2023 Compensation Surveys
NAPERVILLE, ILL., JANUARY 19, 2023 — With the current focus on pay transparency, the
uncertain state of the economy, and competition for high-demand skill sets, pay practices are
being carefully analyzed by employers across the country. For more than 25 years, the Content
& Connectivity Human Resources (C2HR) association has armed employers in the technology,
media and entertainment industries with comprehensive, industry-specific metrics which enable
them to make informed decisions on compensation practices and respond to market changes.
One of the unique characteristics of C2HR’s Compensation Surveys is participants’ involvement
in shaping the current year’s survey to reflect emerging job positions. The 2023 planning
committee meetings will be held virtually next week. Compensation professionals from content
developers will convene via Zoom on Wednesday, January 25 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. EST, and
connectivity providers will gather on Thursday, January 26 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. EST. Anyone
interested in participating should contact Laurie Krashinoff at 415.485.5521 or
laurie@croner.com.
The C2HR Compensation Surveys are conducted by The Croner Company on behalf of
C2HR. During the meetings, The Croner Company’s CEO, Hali Croner, will present trends and
highlights from the 2022 C2HR Compensation Surveys. In addition, attendees will contribute to
the design of the 2023 surveys and participate in a roundtable discussion on key compensation
topics. The planning meeting discussions will exclude actual compensation levels.
The Croner Company strongly enforces confidentiality throughout the entire survey cycle from
the planning meeting through published reports of results. To ensure confidentiality, the survey
results from any given company cannot be seen, and only summary information pertaining to all
survey participants is available. In addition, The Croner Company confirms in writing and orally
that there is no discussion of actual pay levels at the planning meetings. This reporting approach
complies with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulation and encourages participation without
fear of exposing proprietary information.
