All Things Considered: The Hybrid Workplace July 14 Webinar Hosted by C2HR
NAPERVILLE, ILL., July 7, 2021 – As many employers embrace a hybrid work environment, human resources teams face the unprecedented challenge of creating policies and practices to support a distributed workforce, foster engagement and ensure equity. C2HR, the Content & Connectivity Human Resources association, will host a webinar titled “All Things Considered: The Hybrid Workplace” on July 14 at 2:00 p.m. ET.
C2HR has assembled an expert team of diverse mindsets to share insight into the myriad of considerations that companies face when developing a return to office/hybrid workforce plan. The webinar will be moderated by Susan Kohuth, senior interior designer at EUA and the panelists are Melanie Hannasch, senior vice president of customer experience at Vyve Broadband, Luis Marin, senior director of organizational development at ESPN; Renee Riviere, senior designer of interiors at EUA and change management consultant Beth Ridley.
The scope of the 60-minute webinar is far-reaching and participants will gain an understanding of:
Data that can inform policies and decisions,
Criteria for identifying who is office critical vs. office optional,
Strategies to nurture organizational culture in the new normal,
Best practices and available technologies to safely support employee synergy and
collaboration,
Prioritizing equity amid new workplace dynamics,

Change management techniques that can bolster psychological safety to support
employees’ transition back to the office.
